REDARC Manager40 Battery Management System

REDARC battery management system for managing and charging an auxiliary battery in touring and off-grid applications. I would keep the SKU in the Shopify listing for this one until we verify the exact generation/specification, because REDARC's current documentation primarily lists the Manager Alpha and Manager30 ranges rather than this exact BMS1240S4R model.
