Refund, Returns & Replacement Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from 4x4 Nation Pty Ltd and is governed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 of South Africa.
By placing an order with 4x4 Nation Pty Ltd, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Custom-Made & Special-Order Products
Products that are:
• Custom-made,
• Personalised,
• Manufactured or branded upon request, or
• Specially sourced or ordered on behalf of a customer
are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
In accordance with Section 17 of the Consumer Protection Act, the right to cancel or return goods does not apply to goods that have been customised or specially ordered to a customer’s specifications.
Refunds or exchanges will therefore not be granted for:
• Change of mind
• Personal preference or dissatisfaction with design or appearance
• Incorrect selection or ordering by the customer
Customers are responsible for ensuring all specifications, sizes, fitment details, and order information are correct prior to confirming purchase.

2. Manufacturing Defects & Faulty Goods
4x4 Nation Pty Ltd is committed to supplying products of acceptable quality as required under Section 55 of the Consumer Protection Act.
If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect or fault, the customer must:
• Notify 4x4 Nation within 7 (seven) days of delivery;
• Provide clear photographic evidence and a written description of the defect;
• Ensure the product has not been used improperly, modified, installed incorrectly, or damaged after delivery.
Upon verification of a legitimate defect, 4x4 Nation Pty Ltd will, at its discretion and in compliance with applicable law:
✅ Repair the product, or
✅ Replace the product with the same or equivalent item.
Refunds will only be considered where repair or replacement is not reasonably possible.

3. Returns Procedure
No product may be returned without prior written approval from 4x4 Nation Pty Ltd.
Approved returns must:
• Be unused and in original condition;
• Include original packaging where applicable;
• Be securely packaged to prevent damage during transport.
Unauthorised returns may be refused.

4. Shipping Costs
Unless the return results from a confirmed manufacturing defect or incorrect item supplied by 4x4 Nation Pty Ltd:
• Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
• Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

This policy does not cover damage resulting from:
• Normal wear and tear;
• Incorrect installation or fitment;
• Off-road misuse beyond product specification;
• Negligence, accidents, or modifications;
• Improper maintenance or handling.
